Posted August 9, You are absolutely correct on the quench chamber. I'm coming in to this late so allow me to respond to a bunch of different posts all at once. My old man had a 70' mach with a 4bbl cleveland and rev'd it to rpm stock with some valve train upgrades. Posted: March at AM.

However, the dead areas in the intake port can be filled, and the exhaust side of the head can have the last inch or so of the ports chopped off and replaced with an aluminum plate which relocated the exhaust exits over an inch higher than where they were stock. It was a Crower "garage sale" cam, and ran exactly the same as a solid roller I had in the motor earlier that year. Refine more Format Format. Aussie 2V heads would be the choice in that case. I'd want more in a lightweight Cobra. Hi Brain i got a used strip dominator , was drilled on each intake port for a nitrous. From that list, the Strip Dominator should work best on your combo. Posted January 26, If I don't sell it here, it goes on E-bay.
